Our Staff

Kyle Rogers – Joining the company in 2009, Kyle moved back to Tupelo after several years working with Rip Walker, MAI, & Associates as an appraiser in Memphis. He is experienced in the appraisal of all types of real estate: including agricultural, multi-family residential, commercial, and industrial. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with emphasis on Real Estate, from the University of Mississippi in 2005 and is a Certified General appraiser in Mississippi and Tennessee. Kyle has taken over the day to day operations of Rogers Appraisal Company since his father’s retirement from the firm.

Jerry Hollingsworth - Joining the company in 2001 after a 39-year career with BellSouth, Jerry is a Mississippi Certified Residential Appraiser. He is a graduate of Mississippi College with a B.S. degree in Economics and has received specialized training in residential and land appraisals. He is a member of the National and Mississippi Associations of Realtors, Northeast Mississippi Board of Realtors, a past division leader of the Community Development Foundation, and a past president of the Meridian Rotary Club.

Founder

Chris Rogers - Company founder, Chris has been in the real estate appraisal business since 1978 and specializes in appraising commercial and industrial properties. A Mississippi Certified General Appraiser, his alma mater is MSU and he has taught real estate appraisal continuing ed courses at both MSU and Ole Miss. A Tupelo native, he was appointed by Governor Ronnie Musgrove to the Mississippi Appraisal Board as Commissioner from the First District of Mississippi and served as Chairman for 2003-2004. Chris is a past president of the Northeast Mississippi Board of Realtors, past Realtor of the Year, and has served on many local and state committees for the Realtor boards. He is also a past president of the Tupelo Kiwanis Club, executive board member and past president of Tupelo Downtown Association, chairman of the Tupelo Redevelopment Agency for downtown urban renewal projects since 1999, and in 2004 was recognized as Mississippi Volunteer of the Year by the Mississippi Economic Development Council. Chris retired from Rogers Appraisal Company in late 2009 to become the Chief Appraisal Officer for Renasant Bank, which is headquartered in Tupelo.
